Benedict Hübener | Connecting Forestry

The focus of this project was to develop a concept for a digital forestry service. The result is a platform that enables forest owners to call for bids in the region and service providers to find those offerings and apply if the offer seems to be attractive. This platform aims at brokering local interests, thus empowering local networks. The project is based on an intensive personal research within the forestry sector as it is mostly analogue today. The concepts derived from interviewing the stakeholders in this business.

The bachelor thesis was supervised by Prof. Carola Zwick.
