Freelancing creatives know the problem of accumulating more and more data and documents during their careers, which results in loosing track and spending too much time searching for material when updating their portfolios. IVI takes care of this problem by sorting these data based on time, project type and stage of career. It provides an overview and simplifies the interaction by indicating the usage and modification of documents over time. Creating and updating portfolios as well as updating representations in professional digital networks becomes an easy routine.

The master thesis was supervised by Prof. Carola Zwick and Prof. Dr. Jörg Petruschat.
