David Kaltenbach und Lucas Rex | physical banking
David Kaltenbach, Lucas Rex, Master Thesis 2017
‹Physical Banking› opens up new potentials for dealing with digital money. Digital and physical tools, connected through a common logic, are integrated into everyday life, thus empower the user to budget responsibly.
Transactions within chats, repetitive transactions via calendar entries, and a full overview through a file structure are designed for an intuitive use. The application of individual devices – a watch, that tracks expenses and a pen, that activates payments as well as a neo-analogue piggy bank – enable users to develop a better intuition for
their budget.
