Halo is an AI-powered wearable designed to support the independence of visually impaired individuals. Worn around the head, it combines cameras, open headphones, and a haptic feedback system to convert visual information into audio and tactile guidance. The device answers questions about the environment, such as identifying train arrivals, locating objects, or reading signs. Its AI contextualizes camera data and filters relevant information based on customizable user modes. It pairs with an app and can be controlled directly or via the app.
