Sleeping has turned into a secret cultural practice. „Sleep With Us“ is an homage to the creative power of public sleep. In their work the designers of Studio Blond & Bieber try to abolish the strict dualism of sleeping and working – passivity and activity. In cooperation with the Sleepacademy of the Charité Berlin they developed a backback- bed for sleeping in public, along with a sleep light which responds to the sensoric wool integrated in the mobile bed and a woolen blanket that mirrors the chronic of our own individual temporary sleep.
